Alive, Middle Tennessee, a leading hospice provider established for 50 years, is seeking a Palliative Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join their team. The successful candidate will act as an inpatient palliative care consultant, offering expert guidance to patients and families dealing with complex illnesses. Responsibilities include managing symptoms, facilitating goal-of-care discussions, implementing personalized care plans, building referral networks, interpreting lab results, and mentoring junior staff. This full-time role operates Monday-Friday, working 40 hours per week, primarily at Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown.
