Description
Arctiq is seeking an experienced Palo Alto Networks Security Engineer for a remote contract engagement with a client. The role administers, analyzes, and optimizes Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewall environments, including App-ID, User-ID, URL filtering, security policies, traffic and log analysis, rule consolidation, and Cortex XDR. The engineer will also troubleshoot network and security issues, automate workflows using APIs, CLI, Python, or other scripting tools, and follow ITIL and change-control processes. The position requires strict 8am–5pm availability and lists Palo Alto certifications, enterprise firewall experience, packet analysis, SIEM/SOAR, and automation experience as preferred qualifications.
