Description
The PAM & IAM Specialist will govern identity and access management, with particular focus on privileged accounts. The role defines IAM and PAM policies and controls, manages privileged-account requirements and access reviews, monitors excessive-privilege risks, supports NIS2, ISO 27001, and internal-control audits, and coordinates with IT, infrastructure, cloud, engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and internal audit teams. The position requires at least five years of experience in IAM, PAM, or information security, along with knowledge of modern identity architectures, MFA, SSO, RBAC, ABAC, LDAP/AD, Entra ID/Azure AD, Zero Trust, and security policy development.
