Description
Willis Towers Watson IT is hiring a PAM Engineering Lead to lead the design, build, operation, and continuous improvement of CyberArk (Idira) privileged access management solutions across the organization. The role owns the PAM product backlog and roadmap, integrates CyberArk with identity and infrastructure systems, automates privileged account and credential management, governs access policies and session review, leads sprint planning and stakeholder communications, and mentors IAM engineers. Candidates need at least five years of IAM/PAM SaaS engineering experience, including three years with CyberArk, along with strong scripting, integration, compliance, and project management skills. The position offers a base salary of $130,000 to $170,000 USD annually and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits; visa sponsorship is not offered.
