Description
The Assembly Technician performs a broad range of assembly operations, including operating machinery, packaging, building products, soldering, product rework, machine maintenance, and interpreting engineering drawings. The role requires assembly experience or skills, knowledge of manufacturing processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, ability to work overtime and with minimal supervision, and strong communication and teamwork skills. The position also involves teaching others, improving processes, and performing physically demanding work such as lifting up to 40 pounds and working while sitting or standing for at least eight hours.
