Activate Group is hiring a permanent MET Technician for its Activate Accident Repair department in Warrington, working a 4-on-4-off, 12-hour shift. The role involves dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications, removing damaged components, refitting replacements, reporting faults and materials, and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. Applicants need ATA or NVQ level 3, relevant industry experience, and prior repair technician experience, along with communication, decision-making, problem-solving, health and safety, and time-management skills.
