Eaton is hiring a Panel Builder Channel Manager in Dubai to support panel builders across the full lifecycle of low-voltage switchgear projects, from bid and design through assembly, handover, and project execution. The role coordinates technical and commercial activities, manages partner agreements, conducts audits, trains channel partners on design tools, leads client and consultant meetings, supports product launches, recruits new partners, and helps develop project pipelines. Candidates need an engineering degree, preferably electrical engineering, at least five years of panel-builder industry experience, complex LV project leadership experience, and knowledge of the UAE market, IEC standards, and utility requirements.
