Modderkolk is seeking a Panel Building Team Coordinator at its Technoforum home base in Wijchen, Netherlands. The role coordinates panel-building schedules, task assignments, materials, drawings, and progress with project leaders, engineers, and the warehouse, while leading a team of nine panel builders and monitoring quality and process improvements. Candidates need a completed MBO qualification, preferably technical, affinity with electrical engineering and panel-building production processes, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. The position offers experience-based pay, 38 days off on a full-time basis, equipment, travel reimbursement, pension, and development opportunities.
