Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Process Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support for PVD metal deposition equipment in panel-level advanced packaging environments. The role covers installation, qualification, troubleshooting, process stabilization, DOE design, statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, and resolution of metallization and panel-processing issues. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree and 3–10 years of semiconductor process engineering, equipment support, or advanced packaging experience, with travel between Cheonan and Dongtan sites required.
