Description
Viant is hiring a technically skilled and process-oriented Panel Systems Manager to own and optimize the CRM ecosystem and panel management systems supporting the full panelist lifecycle. The role focuses on building scalable workflows, automations, AI-powered process improvements, integrations, dashboards, documentation, and technical support in partnership with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support teams. The position is based in California with a base compensation range of $100,000 to $130,000 and includes fully paid health insurance, paid parental leave, and unlimited PTO.
