The Paper Cutter/Machine Operator/Order Picker operates and programs paper-cutting machines, maintains production workflows, checks quality, loads and unloads trucks, records goods receipts, monitors inventory, and picks orders. The role requires technical training in bookbinding, media technology, or machine operation; forklift, radio-terminal, and cutting-machine knowledge; IT skills for goods receiving and management; German language skills; and reliable, practical working methods. Compensation starts at €17.11, with structured onboarding and shift work based on staffing schedules.
