Description
Smurfit Westrock is hiring a full-time Paper Mill Manager for its WA Longview Mill. The role manages five paper machines and over 3,000 tons of daily paper production, including shift production, safety, quality, maintenance, environmental compliance, logistics, warehousing, finishing, and shipping. The manager coordinates with kraft paper and containerboard production, leads cross-functional improvement initiatives, oversees maintenance planning and budgets, supports capital projects, and participates in mill and core leadership teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, plus 15+ years of paper mill operating or supervisory experience. Compensation is $159,000–$265,000, with a short-term incentive bonus and health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
