JagoTech Paper GmbH is hiring a Paper Technologist for a 3-shift production role in a specialty paper manufacturing environment. The position involves preparing raw materials, operating and monitoring pulp-preparation, paper-machine, and finishing equipment, documenting production data, maintaining quality and cleanliness, packaging finished goods, supporting maintenance and troubleshooting, reducing scrap, and communicating during shift handovers. Candidates need paper-technologist training or comparable production experience, German language skills, a forklift operator’s license, office IT experience, and willingness to work the three shifts.
