Description
The Para-transit Driver is a safety-sensitive, part-time position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a transit vehicle on pre-established city routes. Duties include picking up and discharging passengers, assisting those with special needs, collecting fares, maintaining ridership information, and ensuring passenger safety. The role requires daily vehicle operation, customer service, and adherence to safety guidelines, with additional responsibilities for incident reporting and vehicle maintenance as needed.
