Description
Paradero Hotels is hiring two young leaders for its Future Leadership Program: an AI Product Manager and an ML Engineer. The AI Product Manager will work with the co-founder to turn operational problems into digital solutions, design and launch AI agents, develop MVPs, and iterate products with engineers, designers, and hotel teams. The ML Engineer will build backend systems for intelligent agents, integrate OpenAI, LangChain, and Pinecone, implement RAG systems, and launch scalable solutions with product and operations teams. Both roles target recent graduates or students, require Spanish and English communication, and offer additional experience with AI tools, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, or automation technologies.
