Description

The Paraeducator assists students in special education classrooms and other school settings, supporting academic and behavior management. They help implement behavior intervention plans, facilitate social interactions, model appropriate behavior, and provide emotional support. Additionally, paraeducators assist with testing accommodations, maintain student progress records, and contribute to creating a safe learning environment.
