The role involves answering applicant questions, interpreting RECA regulations, compiling and summarizing materials, maintaining case files, conducting legal and factual research, indexing claimant materials, and reviewing documents for legal sufficiency. Applicants must have a paralegal certificate, JD, or be currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, along with at least one year of litigation paralegal or project experience, basic legal research and eDiscovery knowledge, and DOJ MBI clearance. The position requires up to 10% travel within the continental United States and offers a minimum hourly wage of $25.58.
