The role handles discovery, motions, briefs, depositions, trials, document screening, legal research, case-file maintenance, data compilation, and other litigation support activities. Candidates need a paralegal certificate, JD, or current ABA-accredited law school study, basic legal knowledge, familiarity with Westlaw/Lexis and eDiscovery tools, strong organizational and communication skills, and DOJ MBI clearance; US citizenship is required.
