Genfinity Philippines, Inc. is hiring a Paralegal (Labor & Employment) to provide legal, compliance, and administrative support for labor and employment matters involving the company and its clients. The role supports legal research, contract and employment-document preparation, case management, workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, labor proceedings, and coordination with Human Resources and Operations. The position requires a Juris Doctor, familiarity with Philippine labor laws and agencies such as DOLE, NLRC, and SENA, strong writing and communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed.
