The role involves regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, contract negotiations, legal research, internal legal guidance, and Know Your Customer processes, with a preference for Synaps or similar platform experience. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of paralegal experience, knowledge of blockchain and smart contract legal considerations, and proficiency with compliance platforms.
