Pavago is recruiting for a client seeking a remote, full-time Paralegal to provide substantive support across litigation, corporate, and compliance matters during U.S. client business hours. The role includes legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis, drafting and reviewing legal documents, litigation and discovery support, e-discovery and document review, case and deadline management, corporate governance documentation, compliance support, and coordination with attorneys and clients. Applicants need at least 3 years of professional paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, strong legal writing and research skills, and the ability to work independently with confidential information in a remote environment.
