RumbergerKirk is hiring an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in civil defense litigation, including auto negligence, trucking, premises liability, and school board defense matters. The role covers case-file management, discovery, medical-record analysis, depositions, trial preparation, mediation support, case-management software, billable-time tracking, and coordination with attorneys and witnesses. Candidates need at least five years of law-firm experience, preferably in civil defense, an associate’s or bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification or equivalent experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel and work extended hours.
