Additional Information

Experience supporting legal work in a defense, aerospace, government, or government-adjacent environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with aerospace or defense contractors, federal programs, or regulated technology companies.
Familiarity with CUI handling, cybersecurity frameworks, and export control requirements.
Experience supporting financing transactions, IP matters, or litigation.
Proficiency with document-management systems, contract lifecycle management tools, and collaboration platforms.
