Description
Hackman Capital Partners is hiring a Paralegal to support its Legal Department across corporate governance, commercial real estate transactions, regulatory compliance, litigation management, legal operations, insurance administration, and document management. The role coordinates with executives, business teams, outside counsel, finance, and other departments; manages legal systems, contracts, entities, invoices, and projects; and provides administrative and transactional support. It requires at least three years of real estate or corporate paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and completion of an ABA-approved paralegal certificate program.
