Description

Ross Stores, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join their in-house Legal team. This position involves supporting litigation, compliance, and other commercial legal work, collaborating with attorneys and other paralegals on legal intake, filings, case management, deadline tracking, fact development, and discovery. The role also supports research initiatives related to privacy, marketing, and other areas, and company compliance efforts related to Ross's broader retail business.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Relevant degree, certificate or equivalent training, and work experience

Preferred Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience not required, but considered a plus
In-house experience not required, but considered a plus. Experience in-house with litigation experience and/or in-house compliance efforts preferred.
