Description
CleanSpark is hiring a Construction Paralegal to provide legal support across the lifecycle of infrastructure and facility projects. The role organizes construction agreements, project documents, permits, regulatory submissions, claims, notices, and other records; tracks legal deadlines; prepares summaries and chronologies for attorneys; supports permitting and regulatory compliance; and assists with discovery, due diligence, and other construction-related legal matters. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent legal experience, along with 5–10 years of paralegal or comparable legal support experience, including at least 3 years supporting construction, engineering, infrastructure, project development, or related matters.
