ITE Management, an investment manager focused on transportation assets, is hiring a Paralegal to join its Legal & Compliance team in New York. The role supports legal entity formation and administration, document management, transaction closings, KYC/AML requests, NDA and vendor agreement review, marketing material compliance review, counterparty risk assessments, and regulatory filings/policy preparation. Candidates need at least 3 years of experience, a BA with strong academic credentials, and prior corporate law firm or investment adviser legal/compliance experience; AML/KYC and entity management experience are preferred. The position offers a $100,000 to $130,000 base salary plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a 401(k) match and paid time off.
