Catholic Charities Boston is hiring a full-time Paralegal for its Immigration Legal Services program. The role manages 35–50 clients under attorney supervision, conducts intake and evidence collection, prepares and files USCIS and State Department applications, performs legal research, supports complex cases, maintains client records, and participates in outreach and education activities. The position requires a bachelor’s or associate degree plus 3–5 years of relevant experience, consular processing experience, immigrant or refugee population experience, and strong administrative, communication, and computer skills. It is a 37.5-hour-per-week office-based role with local travel as needed.
