Description
The Paralegal Specialist evaluates, develops, and supports complex civil, administrative, labor, procurement fraud, federal contract, ethics, environmental, and installation-law cases. The role conducts legal research, drafts memoranda and reports, coordinates with investigators and federal officials, reviews laboratory and supply deficiencies, processes FOIA, Privacy Act, and PCS claims, and supports agency attorneys in hearings. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, obtain Secret access, and meet GS-09 or GS-11 experience and education requirements.
