The role covers people management, workload and capacity planning, quality assurance, FCA compliance, process improvement, management information, and stakeholder collaboration with Financial Planners, Client Support, and senior management. Candidates need Level 4 financial planning qualifications, prior paraplanning or similar financial-services experience, strong financial planning and regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership and communication skills.
