Description
The Paraprofessional will support students in Grades 4–7 through the Reaching Higher Afterschool Program, which runs from September through May. The part-time role is limited to a maximum of 10 hours per week and is scheduled Monday through Thursday at Attwood New Tech Magnet School in Lansing, Michigan. Responsibilities include assisting with academic enrichment, homework, individualized tutoring, student management, mentoring, and building relationships with students, families, and staff, while complying with child-care licensing and program standards.
