Easterseals Academy is hiring a Paraprofessional for its Tinley Park campus to support students with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disability, developmental delay, or intellectual disability. The role reports to a supervising teacher or designated school administrator and focuses on implementing individualized education plans, behavior intervention plans, communication systems, data collection, active supervision, crisis prevention, family communication, and ongoing training.
