Description
The Para Educator supports students with disabilities in the classroom, playground, community, and other AAED locations by implementing individualized education plans, providing direct instruction, assisting with behavior management and living skills, leading small-group lessons, and applying Applied Behavior Analysis. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card, communication and computer skills, physical ability to assist students and work outdoors, and flexibility to work across AAED campuses.
