The Paraprofessional supports teachers and administration by supervising students, assisting with instruction, lesson planning, testing, assessment, recordkeeping, discipline, computer and laboratory operations, and communication with students and parents. The role requires a permanent Colorado home address, compliance with school safety and driving policies, and the ability to meet the position’s physical demands. New hires are set at $22.125 per hour, with internal candidates listed at $22.125 to $26.528 per hour.
