YCS is hiring a full-time Parent Educator for its Parents as Teacher home-visitation program serving families from pregnancy through age five. The role provides in-home support, information, case management, parenting guidance, family assessment, referrals, and coordination of program events, while maintaining culturally competent, family-centered relationships with caregivers and children. The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel throughout Hudson County, a high school diploma or equivalent, and two years of supervised work experience with young children and parents; a bachelor’s degree in early childhood or a related field is preferred.
