Morrison Child and Family Services is hiring a part-time, in-person Parent Mentor - Mother for its Self Sufficiency Program in Clackamas County, Oregon. The role supports parents involved with ODHS child welfare and recovery by coaching them through cases, attending family meetings and court hearings, providing transportation to appointments, connecting them to culturally specific resources, and facilitating support group or OSLC-KEEP sessions as trained. The position requires lived experience with addiction/recovery and ODHS child welfare involvement, at least two years in active recovery, a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent reading/writing skills), a valid driver's license, personal auto insurance, and the ability to pass a criminal history check.
