Help Group is hiring a full-time Parent Partner in Van Nuys to provide family support and advocacy for adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health, social, and emotional challenges. The role models communication, anger management, problem-solving, and appropriate discipline; guides families through service-delivery systems; and supports participation in programs such as Full Service Partnership, Wraparound, and PIER. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, have a high school diploma, be a parent, have relevant personal experience with child and family services, have successfully transitioned to self-sufficiency for approximately one year, work in a multidisciplinary team, and hold a valid California driver's license.
