Description
The Parent Partner provides peer support, wraparound case management, transition and reentry services, positive parenting instruction, group facilitation, participant outreach, and coordination with correctional, child welfare, parole, probation, and other service providers. The role serves system-impacted parents and families across community, correctional, and partner sites, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience, recovery certification or eligibility, and a minimum of two years of substance-use recovery, and offers $23.33–$24.03 per hour with medical, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
