Description
The Child Support Liaison serves as the primary connection between W-2 agencies and Child Support Agencies, identifying non-custodial parents with limited or inconsistent earnings and referring them to employment and workforce development programs. The role coordinates with case managers, tracks referral outcomes, maintains participant records, educates participants about employment resources, and ensures confidentiality and regulatory compliance. Required qualifications include an associate’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, communication skills, familiarity with employment and public assistance programs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems.
