Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Parenting Trainer to guide parents of school-aged children ages 3–7 through toilet training. The role involves educating parents on effective techniques, routines, reinforcement, and strategies for common challenges; setting goals; monitoring progress; documenting outcomes; and providing ongoing feedback. The position works weekdays from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with 2–3-hour shifts and up to two clients per day, in the San Fernando Valley or Santa Clarita area. Candidates need a car, auto insurance, a driver’s license, a successful Live Scan background check, and must be at least 18 years old. Experience with children ages 3–7, knowledge of child development, strong communication and coaching skills, and Spanish-speaking ability are preferred or advantageous. The role pays $19.50–$22.50 per hour and includes training and a flexible schedule.
