Description
The Park Manager serves as the general manager of a WildPlay park, reporting to the Park Performance Manager. The role leads park operations, guest experience, business development, team recruitment and training, risk management, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and administrative reporting. It requires 3–5 years of business management and budgeting, payroll, or sales reporting experience, hospitality or recreation experience, and the ability to manage a 25+ person team. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000, with eligibility for performance-based incentives and bonuses.
