Description
The Gloucester County Department of Park Operations is hiring a full-time Park Supervisor-Operations to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, security, and public use of Beaverdam Park and other county park facilities. The role supervises full-time and part-time staff, seasonal employees, volunteers, and other workers; handles recruitment, scheduling, training, performance management, maintenance, equipment and asset management, safety, customer service, reservations, programming, and special events. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, three to five years of progressively responsible experience in park operations or a related field, including at least two years of supervisory or lead-worker experience, a valid driver's license, and current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
