Baltimore County is hiring a Parking Enforcement Assistant Supervisor (Field Operator II) for its Office of Budget and Finance, Speed and Alarm Division. The role supervises parking enforcement officers, conducts or coordinates foot and vehicular patrols, issues parking citations, provides public assistance, supports training, monitors compliance, coordinates with police and other enforcement agencies, handles complaints, and makes court appearances. It requires a high school diploma, a valid Maryland Class C driver's license, and a flexible rotating schedule including evenings and weekends; three years of public-facing supervisory experience and five years of customer-service experience are preferred.
