Description
The Parks and Leisure Facilities Maintenance Worker develops and implements daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance for parks and leisure facilities, including grounds, vehicles, buildings, equipment, playing fields, courts, pavilions, and campgrounds. The role supervises and trains inmate crews, assists with budgets and inventory, operates construction equipment, performs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping, and light construction work, and maintains recreational areas. It requires a high school diploma or GED, one year of related experience, a Class A commercial driver's license, a satisfactory motor vehicle record, POST certification, and a pesticide applicator's license.
