Description
The seasonal Parkway Representative combines parking attendant and patroller duties by directing traffic, instructing customers where to park, patrolling lots for citation-worthy vehicles, maintaining traffic flow, assisting customers with questions or concerns, and explaining company policies. The role may work at several downtown-area locations and requires previous customer service experience; event shifts are 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday 8-hour shifts to be determined.
