Access Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities or autism in Tobyhanna, Bartonsville, Stroudsburg, and Pen Argyl. The role includes community and home-based activities, crisis management, emotional support, positive reinforcement, case documentation, and supervision. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, but a high school diploma or GED is preferred and one year of direct-care experience is preferred. The position offers shifts in the listed areas, starts at $17 per hour, and includes PTO, a 401(k) match, paid training, tuition reimbursement, travel and mileage reimbursement, and other employee benefits.
