Description
Access Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide individualized support to adults with developmental disabilities or autism in the Lehighton and Tamaqua areas. The role includes community and home-based activities, crisis management, emotional support, positive reinforcement, case notekeeping, and supervision or training. No prior experience is required because paid training is provided, but a high school diploma or GED is preferred and one year of direct-care experience is preferred. The position offers part-time shifts, a starting hourly rate of $17, PTO, a 401(k) match, paid training, and other benefits.
