Description
Copperleaf is hiring two part-time Activity Aides at Vista Prairie at Copperleaf in Willmar to help residents of its assisted living and memory care community stay active, connected, and engaged through music, games, gentle exercise, conversation, and other activities. The role includes supporting residents with their physical and mental abilities, encouraging participation, building friendly relationships, maintaining a positive atmosphere, and performing bus driver duties when applicable. Applicants must be able to perform hands-on physical tasks, have experience with both activities programs and dementia or memory care support, and be able to read, write, and follow instructions. The schedule is daytime only, with two available part-time schedules, and pay is $16.26–$19.93 per hour based on experience.
