Aims Community College is hiring an Air Traffic Control Instructor to provide academic instruction in air traffic control laboratory courses, including non-radar, enroute radar, and TRACON simulation. The role also involves developing and revising courses, ensuring compliance with FAA procedures, representing the aviation department at professional events, and supporting departmental initiatives. Applicants must have eight years of experience in an FAA air traffic control tower, air route traffic control center, or radar approach control, instructional or supervisory experience, basic computer skills, and an FAA-Issued Certified Professional Controller Certificate. The minimum hourly rate is $34.57, with part-time benefits depending on hours worked.
