Hot Topic is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide a strong customer experience. The role covers sales-floor leadership, opening and closing the store, register operations, sales targets and KPIs, planogram and merchandising changes, loss-prevention support, stock-room maintenance, and team development. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and strong communication, time-management, professionalism, and operational skills. The pay range starts at $11.48 per hour.
